At Ai Structural, our mission is to deliver practical, efficient, and reliable structural engineering solutions tailored to the needs of each project. While we take pride in our design expertise, our commitment goes well beyond the drawing board. We actively support our clients throughout the construction process—from the early planning stages to final inspection.

Our services include preparing complete structural plan sets and calculations for building permit submittals, coordinating with city officials, and helping clients navigate the often-complex permitting process. We also provide construction-phase support, including responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved plans.

In addition, we perform compliance reviews and inspection support for structural components and equipment such as bearing pads, expansion joints, seismic anchors, and other critical connections. Our goal is to ensure every element of your project meets code requirements, performs as intended, and passes inspection the first time.
